You are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods you link to SplitRent are valid. We do not store sensitive financial data, and all payment transactions are processed through third-party payment processors.
6. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use of the Service is harmful to the platform or other users.
7. Liability
SplitRent is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of the Service. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
